Why I Created This

I’m Wayne Lake, and for years I’ve been the person people come to when they’re analytically stuck.

Colleagues, friends, even strangers—they bring me their problems because I can see the thinking patterns they can’t see. I help them reframe their limiting beliefs and suddenly, they’re unstuck.

I’ve done this informally hundreds of times. People would say: “How did you see that?” “I never thought of it that way.” “That one conversation changed everything.”

So I started asking myself: What am I actually doing? What’s the pattern?

Turns out, I was using 6 specific frameworks over and over. And they work on virtually any problem.

That's what I'm teaching you.
