Product Customization & Filtering Options
Problem: Customers faced challenges finding the right watch strap due to limited filtering options.
Solution: Custom filters by band width, color, and clasp finish (silver, black, or gold) were implemented, allowing users to easily refine their selections. This tailored filtering system improves user experience, helping customers find their ideal product quickly.
Visual Content Production
Problem: Lack of professional images and a streamlined order system for wholesalers led to missed opportunities for engagement and bulk sales.
Solution: High-quality images of leather watch straps were added to showcase product details, enhancing visual appeal. A dedicated backend for wholesalers was also developed, making it easy for bulk buyers to place and manage orders efficiently.
